We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marvelora purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to help.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

Email hello@marvelora.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Contact us immediately with a photo if you received a damaged item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
